Smile...
:: Sunday
Having a great time at TTT in Tilisca, a village near Sibiu. The conference was going great, the delegates were learning great stuff, i was satisfied with my sessions.
Great conversations with experienced trainers: Andrei, Adisor, Doru...
:: Monday
All the delegates held a 15 minutes training. Great job, all of them were applying what they learned in the past 4 days. It was great fun to watch them and a pleasure to give them feed-back.
The conference ended leaving me and my NTT fellows Iulius and Robert with a big smile of satisfaction, more experienced and with a bigger network of friends.
In the evening i arrived at my parents place in Sibiu. After a hot bath and a good dinner, we chatted for about an hour. At 8 o'clock tiredness cought up with me, i fell asleep with the smile on my face...
:: Tuesday
Woke up very early, said goodbye to my parents, got on the bus to Cluj; my business, my partners, my responsabilities were waiting. I smiled at the thought of how lucky i am to do so many interesting things at the same time. I was happy to see my friends again and confident that it will be a good week. Then i fell asleep...
I woke up as the bus was entering Cluj half an hour later then expected thinking "shit, i lost the start today..."
By the end of the day, before realizing what's happening to me, my smile was gone. I was dissapointed with my productivity, and all the other problems (especially financial ones) cought up with me...
I fell asleep missing Monday...
:: Wednsday, Thursday, Friday
Got back on track. Meetings, decisions, research, planning, financial forecasts...
Better results then previous weeks, but still not productive enough. I still miss the feeling of satisfaction from Monday.
:: Saturday
Woke up very late, general cleaning in the house, in the evening, a meeting with the OCP of the conference i will attend in Croatia, then the World Cup game between Germany and Portugal.
Went to sleep feeling like i wasted the day...

Woke up late again. Went to the pool for a bath with the AIESEC members. Reviewed my tasks, started catching up with them and planned Monday to the minute.
It's 8:30, in one hour the Final of the WC starts, i'll probably see it over a beer with friends...
I'm ready for next week...at the end of it i want to have "the smile" back.

what a great life you have. Starting with this TTT my life changed also..in a better way i could say. full of unpredictable and opportunities :)
